摘要
目的探讨SLOT全脊柱拼接在青少年脊柱侧弯畸形成像中的价值。方法采用日本岛津公司Sonialvision Satire Ⅱ设备系统和具有全脊柱拼接功能的SLOT后处理工作站对76例青少年分次所摄的脊柱正位、侧位、左、右侧弯位影像进行拼接处理后作必要的测量。结果63例(82.9%)密度均值D〈1.0者,颈4至尾椎骨均能显示清晰,胸腰椎体照片密度值范围在0.5—1.0之间,照片图像符合良好X线诊断密度值的范围;13例(17.1%)密度均数D〉1.2者影像显示欠佳,密度值的范围在1.0—1.8之间,其对比度和清晰度略差,但都能达到诊断及脊柱侧弯测量的要求。结论SLOT全脊柱成像技术克服了以往颈、胸、腰、骶椎单独成像后测量上的误差,可为临床手术提供了更精确的参考。
Objective To explore the value of SLOT-wide spine splicing technology in scoliosis imaging of youth. Methods 76 scoliosis teenagers were taken spinal photographs at P-A position,lateral position, left and right-lateral bending position under different exposure conditions, and were carried out image splicing to make full spinal film by SLOT post-processing technology. Then film density was measured to evaluate the quality of these films. Results All images of 76 cases achieved the requirements to diagnose and measure of scoliosis. In 63 cases (82.9%) whose thickness of body was less than 20 cm and mean density was less than 1.0, the image quality was clear enough to suitable for x-ray diagnosis with good demonstrating of CA to coccygeal vertebrae and 0.5 to 1.0 of thoracolumbar vertebrae density. But for the other 13 cases whose thickness of body was more than 20 cm and mean density was 1.2 above, the image quality was not ideal associated with a slight poor of the contrast and definite degree and 1.0 to 1.8 of the density. Conclusion The full spinal imaging with SLOT-wide spine splicing technology can overcome the measurement error of the past separate imaging of neck, thoracic, lumbar and sacral vertebrae, and can provide a useful reference to make surgical strategies.
