摘要
针对数控机床垂直运动部件实现高速运动时的高精度控制要求,分析采用基于带负荷传感变量泵与电比例控制液压阀的现代液压平衡方法以实现重力平衡,从而解决采用溢流阀或溢流减压阀的定量泵系统等常规液压平衡方法存在的液压冲击与过载而影响精度控制和不适应高速运动的现象,以满足高速高精度控制随动平衡的要求。
For the high-precision control requirement of the vertical motional parts of CNC machine at high speed movement, the modern hydraulic balance method which is based on load-sensing variable displacement pump and electro-hydraulic proportional control valve to achieve gravity balance was adopted, which solves the problems of hydraulic impact and overload that affect the accuracy control and can't adapt high-speed movement for the conventional hydraulic balance methods such as quantitative pump system using relief valve or overflow relief valve, and meets the requirement of high-speed and high-precision control dynamic balance.
