摘要
济宁市截污导流工程是南水北调东线山东截污导流工程唯一利用采煤塌陷区的工程,地质条件复杂,在沉陷的地质基础上,保证蓄水区不对周边产生危害,使工程安全,设计反复多次。最后选择低于地面水位蓄水,抽排死水位,调水前腾空库容,调水期中水进入蓄水区,使污染物零排放,较好地解决了当地治污问题。
Jining pollutant diversion project is the project only using coal mining subsidence zones in the Eastern Route of the South to-North Wa ter Diversion Project, with complicated geological conditions in the geological subsidence. To ensure the project safety and the water-storage areas not harming to the surrounding area, designs were revised on many occasions. The final choice is to store water below the ground water level, dead water level drainage, to empty reservoir capacity before water diversion, to divert water into the water storage areas, to reach zero emissions of pollutants, which can control the local pollution.
