摘要
玉门青西区块逆掩推覆体地层存在"斜、磨、硬、变、跳"等特点,防斜与打快矛盾突出。常规的防斜钻具不能解决井身质量控制与机械钻速之间的矛盾,而地层岩性交错又不宜采用PDC钻头钻进。为此提出在Q2-32、青深1、窿12等三口井试验应用牙轮钻头复合钻进技术。结果表明:牙轮钻头复合钻进能充分发挥高转速、高钻压等特点,可以起到防斜打快效果,由此形成了青西逆掩推覆体牙轮钻头复合钻进技术,为青西逆掩推覆体防斜打快找到新的途径。
Overthrust nappe strata is characterized by the obliqueness, rubbing, rigidity, changing, and leap in Qingxi oilfield in Yumen. The contradiction between deviation control and fast penetration is noticeable. The conventional deviation-control hole assembly cannot resolve the discrepancy between the controlling wellbore quality and the rate of penetration (ROP) , and it is not suitable for drilling with PDC bits because of the cross lithology formation. So the combined drilling technology with the roller cone bit is raised and experimentally applied in well Q2 - 32, Qingshenl and Longl2. The results show that the technology is full of the characteristics of the high penetration rate and high drilling pressure; and anti - sloping and fast penetration can take effect. Therefore the combined drilling technology with overthrust nappe cone bit is formed in Qingxi. It finds a new way for anti - sloping and fast penetration for overthrust nappe in Qingxi.
