摘要
通过调查,从政策理解、理想职业、择业倾向、择业标准等方面分析了当今大学毕业生具体的职业意向,以及在择业中普遍存在的一些问题,并从树立正确就业观、完善就业指导体系、提高自身素质、客观评价自我等方面对如何促进毕业生就业提出了建议.
Based on investigations, this paper analyses the specific occupational intentions of present-day college graduates and the universal problems in job election in terms of policy understanding, ideal occupations, vocational tendencies and criteria, and presents suggestions on how to promoto college granuates＇ employment from such aspects as the acquirement of correct employment outlook, the improvement of vocational guidance system, the elevation of self-cultivation and the impersonal self-estimation.
