摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定化瘀祛斑片中芍药苷含量测定的方法。方法采用HPLC法测定片中芍药苷的含量。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），以乙腈一水-磷酸（20：80：0.1）为流动相，流速为1.0ml／min，检测波长230nm，进样量为10μl。结果芍药苷在0.3964—3.5676mg／mL与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999，平均加样回收率为99.2％，RSD为1.51％（n=6）。结论本方法简便，准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，可用于化瘀祛斑片中芍药苷的HPLC含量测定。
Objective to establish HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Huayuquban Tablets. Methods The chromatographie conditions consisted of Diamonsil C18 colunm（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with the mobile phase of aeetonitrile-water-chemical reagent phosphoric acid （20 ： 80 ： 0.1） at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min, the deter-ruination wavelength was 230 nm and sample size was 10μl. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linearity at the range of 0.3964—3.5676 mg/mL , r = 0.9999, average recovery was 99.2% , RSD% = 1.51% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, high sensitive and good reproducibility, ean be used as the method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Huayuquban Tablets.
