摘要
以典型的在建工程火灾为基础,针对施工不同阶段的特点,分析了火灾发生的主要直接原因与间接原因;总结了火灾防范的方针,给出了火灾防范的管理对策措施与技术对策措施.应急救援是避免火灾中人员伤亡与财产损失的重要管理对策措施,对在建工程火灾事故应急救援预案的编写与演练提出了建议.针对高层建筑的施工特点,指出人员疏散是火灾应急救援预案的重点内容之一,并对疏散计划提出建议.
Based on the typical fires recently happened in the projects under construction, the direct and indirect causes of fires according to the characteristics in different stages of construction were analyzed. The guideline of fire prevention was concluded and the supervisory and technical remedial measures were given. Fire contingency rescue is an important supervisory measure to avoid casualties and property losses,so the advices to write and drill the fire contingency rescue plan for the projects under construction were proposed in this paper. Because personnel evacuation is one of the key points of fire contingency rescue plan for high-rise buildings under construction, the advices on personnel evacuation plan are set forth.
