摘要
采用铬蓝黑R(EBBR)修饰碳糊电极测定痕量钙,在0.2mol/LHAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH=5.6)中,通过开路富集Ca(Ⅱ)与铬蓝黑R(EBBR)形成的络合物,氧化形成0.29V左右的氧化峰,还原形成-0.26V左右的还原峰,Ca2+浓度在1×10-7~1×10-5mol/L之间时与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:ip=56849C-33.10,R=0.99815,检测限为2×10-8mol/L(S/N=3).该法可用于样品中微量钙的测定,基线平稳,方法灵敏度高,重现性好.
This article used eriochrome blue black R (EBBR) and solid paraffin to modified the carbon paste electrode determination of trace calcium. In the 0. 2 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH= 5.6), concentrated Ca( 11 ) through the complex compound which forms with chrome blue black R(EBBR), the oxidation forms about the 0. 29 V oxidized peak, the reduction forms about -0. 26 V the reduction peak. The concentration of Ca^2+ ions in range of 1 × 10^-7 -1 × 10^-5 mol/L and the anode dissolves peak current were good linear relationship , the equation of motion is: ip=56 849C-33. 10, R=0. 99 815 , the examination limits for 2× 10^-8 mol/L (S/N= 3). This method has been used in the sample trace calcium determination, the baseline were steady, the method sensitivity were high and better reproduction.
