液相色谱法测定水产饲料中15种磺胺类药物 被引量:6

摘要 建立一种高效快速检测水产饲料中15种磺胺组分多残留高效液相色谱的检测方法。用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm),乙腈-甲醇-1%乙酸梯度洗脱,检测波长285 nm。结果表明,在0.5~10 mg/L时浓度与峰面积线性良好,r≥0.999 9;在1~10 mg/kg加标浓度时,15种磺胺组分的平均回收率为75.7%~100.3%,RSD为2.26%~7.45%,方法检出限为0.5 mg/kg。试验结果说明,该方法可同时检测水产饲料中15种磺胺组分,方法回收率高、灵敏、准确且可靠,可用作水产饲料中磺胺类药物含量的质量监控。
