摘要
应用数控宏程序及仿真加工技术,设计了一个在正立方体内加工球体的数控加工方案,将宏程序巧妙地应用到特殊球体的加工中。建立重要尺寸的参数变量,手工编写宏程序,并在数控仿真软件里模拟加工轨迹,优化加工轨迹,达到不但加工精度最高,而且加工时间最省的目的。
By application of NC Macro - program and NC simulation technology, a NC Machining method of milling the sphere in a cube was designed. Macro - program was skillfully applied to milling a special sphere. The purpose that the least machining time and the best accuracy of finishing was satisfied with taking some key parameters as variables; editing macro - program to NC Machining; simulating the track of Machining in YULONG NC software and optimizing the track of Machining.
