摘要
一个国家的选举状况直接反映该国的民主程度,直接选举要比间接选举更加民主。因此,中国在致力于建设社会主义民主国家的进程中,应当相应的扩大直接选举的范围。首先分析了当前有关直接选举的法律规定及其存在的问题,其次阐述了扩大直接选举范围的理论基础,再次论述了当前在我国扩大直接选举范围的有利条件,最后提出扩大直接选举范围的构想。
For a country, the scope of the direct election reflects the construction of democracy. It is natural that the mode of direct election is more democratic than the indirect one. So it is inevitable that the scope of direct election should be expanded in the process of constructing the socialist democratic country in China . This thesis analyses the current legal provision and the problem faced with in the direct election firstly. Secondly it expounds the theoretical basis of expanding the scope of direct election. And it discusses the advantage of expanding the scope of the direct election in our country. At last, some suggestions to expand the direct electoral scope are put forward .
