摘要
针对现代工程中机电设备含量越来越高,设备购置费比例不断提高的趋势,结合工程量清单计价模式,介绍了机电安装工程的造价构成及编制,阐述了机电设备评标阶段的造价控制,以期建立统一开放,竞争有序的市场秩序,保证工程建设的顺利进行。
Aiming at the trend that the content of the electromechanical equipment in modem project is higher and higher, and the equipment purchase cost is increased continuously, the author combines the project quantity list price model, introduces the cost composition and compilation of the electromechanical installation project, describes the cost control of the electromechanical equipment bid and bid evaluation stage, so as to establish unified opening and ordered competition market order, ensure smooth carrying out of the project construction.
