摘要
本文基于数字图像技术,采用移动窗口技术对非均匀复合材料弹性性能场进行了表征,分析了不同窗口尺寸对弹性性能场变异系数、随机场分布和相关系数的影响。结果表明:小的窗口尺寸导致计算得到的材料性能场出现非高斯分布,高变异性;大的窗口尺寸导致材料性能场局部变异性过分均匀化,非均匀材料的微结构局部信息丢失。为准确表征复合材料弹性性能场,必须选择合适的窗口尺寸。
Based on digital image technique, composite materials elasticity property field was characterized by moving- window GMC and the influence of window size on elasticity property field, coefficient of variation, random field distribution, correlation coefficient was analyzed. The result shows: small window size lead the material property field appear non- gaussian distribution and high variability, while large window size make material property field local variability override homogenized which loss local microstructure information, so as to characterize composite materials elasticity property field accurately, appropriate window size must be selected.
