摘要
论文根据近几年的专利统计数据分析了我国专利授权总量的发展趋势、专利类型、专利构成类别等情况,主要从发明专利角度指出了本国人与外国人拥有专利质量的差异,并阐述了产生差异的原因,强调了强化知识产权意识、加强科研领域技术创新能力的必要性。
Based on the patent data, this paper analyzes the development trend of total amount of the authorized patent, patent type and patent constitution of China in recent years, points out the quality difference of Chinese and foreigner authorization patent, mainly from innovation patent angle. It also elaborates the reason of the difference, emphasizes the necessity of enhancing the intellectual property consciousness and strengthening technique innovation ability in scientific research.
