摘要
目的探讨尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭病人钠水潴留的预防作用。方法将52例慢性肾功能衰竭伴有水肿的病人,随机分为观察组27例,对照组25例,两组在前期1 W左右均给予速尿片口服以消退水肿,此后均停用任何利尿剂。对照组给予降压、纠正贫血等基础治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上加用尿毒清颗粒,观察治疗2个月,对比两组之间出现皮下水肿、心功能指数及血BuN、Cr,等指标变化。结果观察组较对照组皮下水肿症状复发明显减少,心功能指数也有明显改善,血BuN、Cr,均有明显好转。结论尿毒清颗粒能够预防慢性肾衰竭病人出现钠水潴留,使病人减少襻利尿剂的使用,延缓肾功能减退的速度,对肾脏具有保护作用。
Objective To probe into the preventive effects of Niao Du Qing granules on sodium and water retention in chronic renal failure patients. Methods 52 patients having chronic renal failure with edema were randomized into the observation group （27 cases） and the control group （25 cases）. The two groups were given Yu Su Niao tablets orally to relieve edema in the first week, then any diuretic was discontinued. The control group was given basic treatments like reducing blood pressure and correcting anemia, and the observation group was administered Niao Du Qing granules. Af- ter 2 months＇treatment, the changes of indicators were observed, including subcutaneous edema, cardiac function index, blood BuN and Cr, etc. Results The reoccurrence of subcutaneous edema in the observation group was obvious fewer than that in the control group, and cardiac function index improved significantly, blood BuN and Cr improved measura- bly. Conclusion Niao Du Qing granules can prevent sodium and water retention in patients with chronic renal failure, reduce the usage of diuretic, delay the speed of renal insufficiency, and has a protective effect on kidney.
