摘要
通过大田试验,进行了不同氮用量对烤烟叶片TSNA前体物含量及硝酸还原酶活性的影响研究。结果表明,以施纯氮52.5kg/hm2处理的烟碱、降烟碱、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量适宜,游离烟碱/总烟碱较施纯氮37.5kg/hm2和82.5kg/hm2处理有所增加,有利于改善烟叶吃味,提高卷烟安全性。
Field experiments were conducted to study effects of different nitrogen levels on TSNA precursors content and nitrate reductase activities in flue-cured tobacco. Results indicated that 52.5 kg/hm2 nitrogen application resulted in appropriate content of nicotine, nomicotine, nitrite, and nitrate. The ratio of free alkaloid and total alkaloid was greater than that obtained from other nitrogen applications. Tobacco taste was improved and cigarette safety was raised.
