摘要 正确评价舰炮的质量状态可为舰炮的设计研制和部分参数优化提供理论参考。针对影响舰炮质量因素繁多、关系复杂的问题,以物元分析理论为手段,对舰炮质量等级进行了综合评价。提出了衡量舰炮质量的5个示性指标,根据对应4个不同等级的示性指标取值范围确定物元评价模型的经典域和节域;采用变异系数法确定各评价指标的权重系数;通过计算待评物元对应不同质量等级的关联度,来评价舰炮质量状态。算例表明,在选定指标的基础上,用基于变异系数法的物元分析模型来评价舰炮质量等级是合理可行的。 Exact evaluation of naval gun quality can provide a theoretical reference for design, development and paaameter optimization of a new naval gun. Aimed at the problem that factors of naval gun quality is so many and complicated that it is difficult to assess their quality, taking comprehensive evaluation for naval gun quality by means of the knowledge of matter element analysis. Five indexes of naval gun quality evaluation were set up ,then the classical extents and nodal extents were established on the basis of indexes value ranges for four degrees. The model uses variation coefficient method to represent the weight of evaluation indexes, the evaluation of naval gun quality can be done by relational degree. The result indicates that matter elements comprehensive evaluation model of naval gun quality based on variation coefficient method is reasonable and creditable.
