摘要
以正硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯为前驱物,乙撑基-双(十八烷基二甲基氯化铵)为添加剂,制备了不同配比和浓度的Gemini型SiO2/TiO2复合溶胶,通过浸轧、烘干、焙烘等工序对纯棉织物进行整理,并对整理前后织物的抗紫外线、抗菌、强力和白度等性能进行比较。结果表明,复合溶胶中硅、钛配比为1:4,浓度为0.3mol/L时,整理效果较好,此时织物在230-280nm波段的透光率都低于2.0%,抑菌率达到91.7%,且整理前后织物的强力和白度变化较小。
Gemini composite SiO2/TiO2 Sol of different ratio and concentration were prepared by sol-gel method with tetraethoxysilane as precursor and ethylene-di(octadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride) as additive. The cotton fabric was treated with this sol by padding, drying and baking and the properties of antibacterium, anti-ultraviolet, whiteness and strength of the treaded fabric was investigated. The results showed that appropriate conditions to treaded the cotton fabric was ratio 1 : 4, sol concentration 0. 3mol/L, at this moment the uv transmittance of the treaded fabric was lower than 2. 0% at 230-280nm, the inhibitory rate was up to 91.7%, and the whiteness and strength of the tread fabric changed little comprised with the untreated.
