摘要
针对某空间扫描镜伺服系统技术要求,采用永磁同步电机直接驱动扫描镜。控制器采用了位置环、速度环和电流环控制器三环设计。通过Matlab/Simulink对扫描伺服系统进行软件仿真。仿真结果表明:输入给定位置周期信号,系统扫描周期精度在0.696±0.001 s之内,且匀速旋转(角速度5.808 rad/s,稳速精度0.3%)的运行角度范围大于58,°满足了扫描伺服系统的性能指标要求。
Designed high-precision space speed-variable scanning device based on PMSM direct drive according to the requirements of scanning system. The algorithm was adopted as a triple-loop control structure, composed by current loop, velocity loop and position loop. Using Matlab/Simulink tools the control system software simulation was made. The simulation result indicated that the scanning period accuracy was within 0. 696 ±0. 001s with the given input position period, and the motion degree with the constant speed of 5. 808 rad/s and stable tolerance of 0. 3% was more than 58°. The system can the requirement of scanning system.
