摘要
从城市整体研究的角度入手,利用城市交通发展的有关理论,提出相益的开发强度控制指标,并指出结合城市自身的优势,科学谋划、稳步经营,才是最终实现城市发展最优化目标的唯一途径。
The paper starts from the entire analysis of city, makes use of relative theory about city＇s traffic development, proposes suited developing intensity controlling quota. It also points out that the only way to realize the aim of best optimization for city development is that combining with city＇s advantages, plan scientifically and running stable.
