提高弹簧外圆磨削托板的耐磨性

Improving the Wear Resistance by Means of Hardfacing

摘要 针对一汽的弹簧外圆磨削托板不耐磨的情况,经过反复调整合金成分配比,找到合适的合金,用氩弧焊对工作面进行堆焊,堆焊层的硬度达HRC45~50之间,使用寿命提高了2.5~3倍。 The supporting plate in a fixture used for the grinding of the outer surface of springs wears out in a relatively short service period in the First Auto Works. A suitable alloy has been found and by cladding it on the working surface of the plate with argon shielded arc welding, the hardness of the cladded layer reached HRC 45~50. The requirements of the dimensions and the surface finish of the plate were met by mechanical processing. The service life of the plate was accordingly enhanced by a factor of 2.5~3.
