摘要
高速逆流色谱是最近20多年发展起来的一项液-液分配技术,在天然产物分离提取方面具有很多优势,应用广泛。本文简要介绍了高速逆流色谱溶剂系统的选择,并综述了该方法在天然产物活性成分分离中的应用。
