摘要
由丙烯酸十八酯、马来酸酐和醋酸乙烯酯三元共聚物的胺解改性物MAVA和EVA复配物为原料,通过复配制备了一种高凝原油降凝剂,该降凝剂对43℃的胜利油田高凝原油具有明显的降凝效果;用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征了所合成的MAVA的结构;用DSC曲线研究了降凝剂的结晶性能。分别将EVA复配物、MAVA和复配降凝剂按总加剂质量浓度400μg/g加入到胜利油田高凝原油中,原油凝点相应降低了5℃、4℃和11℃,结果表明,EVA复配物和MAVA之间存在协同降凝效应;研究了原油加降凝剂前后的粘度、蜡晶形态以及DSC曲线的变化,研究结果表明,所制备的复配降凝剂对胜利油田高凝原油确实存在改性作用。
A kind of composite pour point depressant (PPD) was prepared by mixing EVA mixtures and MAVA, and its pour point depressed effect on Shengli high pour point crude oil was also investigated. The MAVA was prepared by amination of terpolymer copolymerized with monomers octadecyl methacrylate, maleic anhydride and vinyl acetate, and its structure was analyzed by IR and 1 H-NMR spectrums. The crystal properties of the PPD were also studied by DSC curves. When the EVA mixtures, MAVA and the composite PPD were added respectively in Shengli high pour point crude oil at a dosage of 400 μg/g, the pour points of the crude oil could be correspondingly depressed by 5 ℃, 4 ℃ and 11 ℃. This result exhibi- ted the synergistic effect of the EVA mixtures and MAVA. Comparisons of the morphologies of wax crys- tals, the viscosity values at different temperatures and the DSC curves of the crude oil beneficiated with and without the PPD were also studied separately by micro photography, zero friction advanced viscometer measure and differential scanning calorimeter method, and the results showed there did exist modification due to the addition of PPD.
