Design of a machine for high efficiency truing and dressing of diamond saw blade

摘要 本文在对目前整体烧结金刚石锯片侧刃开刃过程进行实验研究的基础上,指出合适的开刃形式与合理的开刃参数对开刃过程有显著影响。进而设计出快速的锯片装卸方案,并针对影响开刃工序成本与效率的其他重要环节进行了研究,提出了解决方案。实验结果表明,改进型开刃机大幅度提高了工作效率,降低了加工成本。与吃入式开刃形式相比,抹式开刃是一种更为合理的开刃形式。 Based on an experiment research on truing and dressing process for the side-faces of sintered diamond circular saw blade, the author suggested that an appropriate way of truing, dressing, and appropriate parameters will significantly influence the process of truing and dressing. Then a design for rapid mounting and demounting of the blade was realized, some important factors that influence greatly the dressing efficiency and cost were discussed , and an optimized solution was recommended. An improved machine was produced and proved by experiments to be efficient and cost-reducing. Compared with the way of direct-feeding, reciprocating feeding is a more reasonable way of truing and dressing sintered diamond saw blades.
