摘要
应用于啤酒除菌的醋酸纤维素超滤膜为研究对象，通过试验，得出了氧化清洗再生的方法及最适工艺条件．膜清洗再生效果良好．
In this paper, recurring ultrafiltration membranes of cellulose acetate(CA) which is used to eliminating bacteriums in beer is studied. The recurrent method of oxidizing and optimum conditions of technology are obtained by experiment. The recurrence is effective.
