布托非诺用于防治阑尾切除术牵拉反应的效果观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察布托非诺对硬膜外麻醉下阑尾切除术的牵拉反应的防治效果。方法硬膜外麻醉下阑尾切除术的患者75例,随机分为硬膜外组(E组)、静脉组(V组)和静脉联合硬膜外组(EV组),记录患者用药前(T0)、用药后5min(T1)、牵拉阑尾时(T2)的MAP、HR及SpO2;患者牵拉反应的发生情况。结果和结论布托非诺通过3种给药方式均可防治硬膜外麻醉下阑尾切除术的牵拉反应,尤其静脉联合硬膜外注射时不良反应的发生最少,效果最好。
