摘要
分析金属磁记忆检测中噪声来源,采用db,haar,bior等系列强制消噪以及经验消噪、小波指数下降消噪、3σ准则小波消噪等小波信号处理方法,对某段2Cr13疲劳试件磁记忆检测信号进行滤波处理.结果表明,利用3σ准则小波消噪方法能获取最高信噪比;综合信噪比、光滑性和运算速度等参量,利用db4小波强制消噪对磁记忆检测信号进行消噪处理效果最好.
The resources of noise in metal magnetic memory testing are analyzed. With wavelets of haar, db, bior etc., many methods are tried to process magnetic memory testing signals from a 2Cr13 fatigue specimen such as compulsory denoising, experiences denoising, wavelet exponent decreasing denoising, 3σ rule denoising, and so on. The ratio of signal to noise, smooth quality and calculation speed are generally taken into consideration. Results show that it is perfect to process magnetic memory testing signals with db4 wavelet based on compulsory denoising.
