摘要
良好水溶性与稳定性的磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂是制得易于施工、性能优良建筑混凝土的重要保证。研究表明,树脂的水溶性取决于磺化基团和分子链的亲水性;而稳定性除了受工艺条件、配料比影响外,合成过程也是合成稳定树脂液的重要因素。
The synthesis an its watersolubility, stability of sulfonated melamineformaldehye resins were investigated. The watersolubility and stability were important properties of the resins, the sulfonated melamineformaldehye resins with good watersolubility and stability could greatly improve the performances of concrete, and could supplies the concrete material with good performanes and easy construction for construction industry. The results show that the water solubility of the resins depends on the sulfonate group and the resins chain with watersolubility, that its stability have to do with reaction procedure besides technological conditions and burden ratio.
