摘要
研究微梳齿谐振器运动中的故障问题,建立了微梳齿结构的三维动力学模型,其中采用Couette模型和Stokes模型相组合的空气阻尼模型;运用有限元方法,分别对带有点粘结、梁裂纹的微梳齿结构进行了动力学特性分析。结果表明:粘结故障使梳齿结构固有频率升高,振幅减小,灵敏度降低,裂纹使微机械结构的固有频率和灵敏度都降低。
3D dynamic model of micro comb structure was established to investigate the motion of micro comb resonator with fault,where both Couette flow model and Stokes flow model were contributed to the damping.The structures with point stiction or crack beam were analyzed for the dynamic characters with finite element method.The results show that stiction fault makes the natural frequency higher and amplitude smaller for the changing stiffness,while crack fault lowers natural frequency and amplitude.
