摘要
在我国社会主义制度的大背景下,社会责任对医院有着特殊的意义,医院应该承担更多的社会责任。医院履行社会责任的水平高低受医院性质、外部约束和医院文化等因素的影响外,还很大程度上由医院的治理结构所决定。董事会的规模、组成、功能、院长人选和考核方式、医院的股权安排都将影响医院社会责任的履行。
In this socialistic system, social responsibility should be vital to hospitals. The condition of hospitals＇ performing social responsibilities is influenced by their nature, culture and external restrictions. In addition, it will be determined by the governance structure to some extent, which includes size, composition, function of board of trustees, employment and evaluation for CEO, and the hospitals＇ equity arrangement.
