摘要
                
                    本文针对某引水式水电站设置在镇墩混凝土内的高压岔管,建立三维数值模型,采用有限单元法分析研究钢岔管外初始缝隙、镇墩混凝土开裂状态、以及基础围岩地质参数对岔管结构应力和变形的影响。计算结果表明:对于设置在镇墩混凝土内的钢岔管,按明管设计可使结构更加安全,但镇墩混凝土内应布置足够的钢筋,以保证镇墩混凝土的完整性;初始缝隙、镇墩混凝土开裂状态以及基础围岩变形模量对钢岔管应力状态具有显著的影响。建议考虑镇墩混凝土与钢岔管联合承载,按钢衬钢筋混凝土管道的设计方法进行设计,以达到减小钢岔管管壁厚度、简化施工工艺和节约工程投资的目的。
                
                A 3-D numerical model is built and FEM is adopted to analyze the high pressure-resistant bifurcated steel penstock embedded in anchor concrete block of a diversion type hydro-power station. The influence of initial gap along the penstock outside, concrete crack in anchor block and deformation of the base rock are studied one by one. Some conclusions can be obtained as follows: safe factor is enough when the exposed-penstock design scheme is adopted, but enough rebars are required to guarantee the integrity of anchor block ; the initial gap, concrete crack and the deformation modulus of the base rock has obvious influence on the stresses of bifurcated steel penstock. According to the design criteria of reinforced concrete penstocks, combined bearing ability of bifurcated steel penstock and anchor concrete block should be considered to reduce the thickness of steel penstock. As a result the construction technology can be simplified and the investment can be economized.
