摘要
线损是电力企业的一项重要综合性技术经济指标,它综合反映了电网的规划设计、生产技术和运营管理水平,直接影响到企业的经济效益。根据沪东供电分公司10 kV及以下电网现状,结合正进行的线损精细化管理项目,分析了影响线损的主要因素及存在问题,介绍了沪东供电分公司在10 kV及以下电压电网线损精细化管理系统的结构、功能、具体实现和应用情况,使10 kV及以下电压电网线损管理上了一个新的台阶。
As a comprehensive technical and economic index of power enterprise, the lines loss reflects the levels of network design and planning, production technology, operation and management, and directly impacts the economic benefits of the enterprise. In combination with the ongoing project of meticulous management of line loss and present status of 10 kV and below power network in Hudong Power Supply Company, the paper ana- lyzes the main factors and existed problems which influence the line loss, describes the structure, function, realization and application of meticulous management system of line loss for 10 kV and below power network in the company. This meticulous management makes the line loss management of 10 kV and below power networks to step up a＇higher level.
