摘要
与学习者成绩紧密相关的学习动机,对学习起着巨大的促进作用。在影响大学生学习动机的因素中,课堂的良好氛围和学生的成就感属于积极的影响因素,而学习过程中的焦虑、不正确的竞争心理等则属于消极的影响因素。激发和保持大学生的学习动机,对于教师,要有意识地培养学生的学习兴趣,给予学生适当的评语,积极的鼓励,使他们感到成就感;学生则要树立正确的自我观念,确立学习的长期目标和短期目标,排除影响学习的不利因素、专心学习,并且采用科学的学习方法。
Very closely related to the achievement level of study, study motivation has a tremendous positive effect on the students'study. Among all the factors that influence the study motivation, a good class atmosphere and the sense of success in their study should belong to the positive factors. However, the anxiety, wrong sense of completion belong go the passive factors. To inspire and keep the university students'study motivation need two hands that is the teacher and the students themselves. For the teacher, they should educate students' interesting in study, to give them proper remark, encourage so that they can feel the study fruit. On the other hand, the students also should set their self-sense, also have a long-term and a Short-term goal. And they also should delete all the adverse factors, concentrate on the studies and take a scientific methods to learn.
