摘要
目的探讨手法治疗对异常应力环境下兔颈椎间盘(intervertebral disc,IVD)组织中蛋白多糖(proctologycan,PG)的影响,寻找预防和延缓椎间盘退变的方法。方法将24只日本大耳兔随机分为正常组、模型治疗组和模型组。按要求处理两个月后,测出颈椎间盘C5/6椎间盘组织蛋白多糖主要组成糖氨多糖(glycosaminoglycan,GAG)的量。结果正常组、模型治疗组中GAG含量明显高于模型组(P<0.05);而正常组与模型治疗组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在椎间盘组织退变的早期,手法治疗可以抑制颈椎间盘组织GAG的含量降低,从而起到延缓椎间盘退变的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect on the content of PG of IVD in the abnormal stress state by invention of manipulation and to study the method of preventing and retarding the degeneration of IVD. Methods Twenty - four Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group, model therapy group and model group. The rabbits were handled according to the requirement. Eight weeks later, the weight of wet IVD was calculated, the content of GAG was detected. Results The results showed that the content of GAG of IVD in either control group or model therapy group was higher than that of the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and there was no difference between control group and model therapy group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Abnormal stress may decrease the content of GAG in IVD and induce the degeneration of IVD. Meanwhile, manipulation may increase the content of GAG of IVD in the abnormal stress state. We infer that manipulation may prevent and retard the degeneration of IVD in the early stage.
