基于机动车行人冲突分析的右转专用相位设置仿真 被引量:10

Exclusive Right-turn Phase Setting Simulation Based on Vehicle/Pedestrian Conflict Analysis

摘要 为缓解右转机动车和行人冲突,提出一种解决方案是在信号灯控制道路交叉口引入右转专用相位。为了评估设置右转专用相位的有效性,首先通过视频数据深入分析了右转机动车在交叉口与行人和非机动车的交通冲突;结合所分析出的冲突特征设计仿真模型后基于仿真结果比较和研究不同右转专用相位配时方案的有效性。研究结果表明右转专用相位的设置是否能够提高通行效率与多方面因素有关,例如机非冲突概率、右转机动车到达率和右转车辆过街时间,同时给出了设置右转专用相位的关键技术参数。 One important method of alleviating right-turn vehicles and bicyclists/pedestrians conflicts is to introduce exclusive right-turn phases which have rarely been designed or set up for signalized intersections before. To estimate how this method can improve traffic efficiency, first, the conflictions between right-turn vehicles and other read users at signalized intersections were studied based on video 'data and modeled through vision monitoring.Then, different settings of exclusive right-turn phasing scheme were compared based on the simulation tests designed to incorporate the conflicts characteristics.The result shows that the vehicle/pedestrian traffic efficiency of the signalized intersection which offered exclusive right-turn phase varies with several conditions, i.e., the conflict probability between vehicles and bicyclists/pedestrians, the right-turn vehicle arriving rate and the time of right- turn vehicle passing intersection.The key parameters for set up exclusive right-turn phases were suggested at same time.
