丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效观察 被引量:3

Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection with Trimetazidine on Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

摘要 目的观察丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效和安全性。方法64例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例)。对照组为常规治疗组,观察组在常规治疗组的基础上加用丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪。在治疗8周后分别对两组临床疗效、心电图及动态心电图变化进行对比分析,并观察患者的安全性及不良反应。结果丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗组与对照组相比心绞痛控制有效率明显增加(P<0.05),心电图改善明显增加(P<0.05),动态心电图缺血发作次数、总缺血时间均显著减少(P<0.05),心率和收缩压乘积变化差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪能更有效地控制不稳定心绞痛,且患者耐受性好,无不良反应。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Danhong injection with trimetazidine in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods Sixty - four patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups:routine treatment group (n = 32) and Danhong injection with trimetazidine treatment group (n = 32). Patients in Danhong injection with trimetazidine treatment group were given Danhong injection with trimetazidine besides routine treatment. Eight weeks after treatment, the curative effect and the changes groups. The tolerance and side effects to Danhong of ECG and Hoher were compared between two injection with trimetazidine were observed. Results Compared with routine treatment group, the rate of curative effect and improvement rate of ECG of Danhong injection with trimetazidine treatment group were greatly increased (P 〈 0. 05). Holter showed that the times of ischemia and the total time of ischemia of the Danhong injection with trimetazidine treatment group decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 05). The product of heart rate and systolic pressure had no statistics significance (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Combination therapy of Danhong injection with rimetazidine and regular treatment can control UAP more effectively. The patient's tolerance was good and no obvious side effects were found.
