摘要
从氯嘧磺隆驯化的土壤中分离大豆田除草剂氯嘧磺隆的高效降解细菌1株。通过生理生化特征和16 S rDNA序列分析,将该菌株鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),命名为B1菌株。通过对该菌株的特性进行研究,结果表明:菌株B1的最适生长温度为35~37℃,pH值6~7,最适培养基装液量为50 mL。在37℃,无机盐培养基中120 r/min振摇96 h,对10 mg/L氯嘧磺隆的降解率达80%。
A bacterial strain with strong ability to degradate herbicide chlorimuron-ethyl was isolated from the acclimated soil. It was identified as Bacillus subtilis in terms of biochemical and physiological characters and 16 S rDNA sequence, which was named as B1. Result of degradation efficiency indicated that the favorable environmental conditions for the bacteria were obtained as temperture from 35 degress C to 37 degress C, pH between 6 and 7, and the optimum liquid volume of culture medium 50 mL. In synthetic medium and pure culture, about 80 percent of chlorimuron-ethyl was degraded in a Maiyazhi medium containing 10 mg· L^-1 chlorimuron-ethyl under the condition of 37 degress C, 120 r/min for 96 hours.
