摘要
采用双温区法合成ZnGeP2多晶料;采用布里奇曼法生长ZnGeP2单晶,晶体尺寸为φ22×90 mm^2。晶体透光范围0.7-12.0μm,平均透过率达到56%;OPO光参量震荡器件尺寸6×6×15 mm^3,采用2μm的泵浦光,产生4W以上的3.8-4.5μm激光输出。
ZnGeP2 polycrystal was synthesized by two-temperature area technique. ZnGeP2 single crystals were grown by Bridgman technique. The size of single crystal was φ22×90 mm^2. The crystals were transparent in the range of 0.7 - 12.0 μm, the average transmittance reached up to 56% ; ZnGeP2 optical parametric oscillation using 2 μm pumping laser could generated more than 4 W output from 3.8-4.5 μm.
