该晶体属三斜晶系,P墿空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.8497(2)nm,b=1.4120(3)nm,c=1.7150(3)nm,α=67.544(2)°,β=87.434(3)°,γ=76.842(3)°;V=1.8496(6)nm3,Dc=1.387 mg/m3,Z=2,F(000)=814,μ=0.646mm-1,R1=0.0980,wR2=0.2180[I>2σ(I)]。
The title complex [ Cu (abpa) ( pht ) ] pht · CH3 OH ( Hpht = 5,5-diphenylhydantoin, elso phenytoin ; abpa = (2-aminoethyl) -bi (3-aminoprepyl) amine ) had been synthesized by heating method and characterized by mearns of elemental analysis, IR , TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It indicated that the crystal of the Cu (Ⅱ) complex belongs to triclinic system with space group Pi, a=0.8497(2)nm,b=1.4120(3)nm,c=1.7150(3)nm,α=67.544(2)°,β=87.434(3)°,γ=76.842(3)°;V=1.8496(6)nm^3,Dc=1.387 mg/m^3,Z=2,F(000)=814,μ=0.646mm^-1, the final R[I〉2σ(I) ] :R1 =0. 0980,wR2=0.2180. The complex comprises of one (2-aminoethyl) -bi(3-aminprepyl) amine ( 5,5-Diphenylhydantoinato-κN^3 ) Copper (Ⅱ) cation, one 5,5-Diphenylhydan toinate anion and one methanol solvate. Each Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by five nitrogen atoms from one nitrogen atoms of the phenytoin groups and four nitrogen atoms of the (2-aminoethyl) -bi (3-aminprepyl) amine with a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geoetry. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against by agar method and filter paper method in vitro. It was found to be active against the three test bacterial and four plant pathogenic fungi organisms.
