液基细胞学检查与DNA定量分析进行宫颈癌普查的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究探索用液基细胞学检查、DNA定量分析对南疆宫颈癌高发区维吾尔族妇女进行普查,以提高宫颈癌普查的准确性,同时达到宫颈癌预防和早诊早治的目的。采取南疆喀什地区2572名维吾尔族妇女宫颈脱落细胞进行液基薄层制片,分别进行巴氏染色和DNA染色,对巴氏染色片进行细胞学TBS分级、对DNA染色片进行全自动扫描诊断。对TBS分级ASC-H以上、DNA定量分析可见或可见大量DNA倍体异常细胞,建议进一步做宫颈活检。对C INⅡ及以上病变的敏感性和特异性:液基细胞学检查为64.52%和97.30%;DNA定量分析为90.32%和93.24%;液基细胞学结合DNA定量分析为96.15%和94.91%。在有条件的情况下,DNA定量分析能够明显提高对宫颈癌普查的检出率,且筛查方法的联合运用优于单独方法的使用。 this research exploration with Thinperp cytology test(TCT) ,the DNA quantitative analysis carries on the general survey to the south boundary cervical cancer succeeding in the imperial civil service examinations area Uygur national minority women, enhances cervical cancer general survey the accuracy, south simultaneously serves the purpose which cervical cancer prevention and examines early governs early. Methods Adopts the boundary Kashi area 2572 Uygur national minority women cervix of the uterus cast-off cells to carry on the fluid base thin layer movie-making, carries on the Palestinian dyeing and DNA separately dyes, dyes the piece to Palestinian to carry.on the cytology TBS graduation, the dyeing piece to carry on the completely automatic scanning diagnosis to DNA. Grades above ASC-H to TBS,the DNA quantitative analysis obviously or obviously the massive DNA time of body unusual cell,suggested that further makes the cervix of the uterus biopsy. Result To CIN II And above pathological change's sensitivity and specificity:TCT is 64.52% and 97.30% ;The DNA quantitative analysis is 90.32% and 93.24% ; TCT union DNA quantitative analysis is 96.15% and 94.91%. Conclusion in has under the condition sentiment, the DNA quantitative analysis can enhance obviously to cervical cancer general survey examines rate and the screening method's union utilization surpasses the independent method the use.
