摘要
通过对沙田柚根、茎、叶初生结构及其发育成次生结构过程作连续石蜡切片观察发现:沙田柚根的初生结构为10原型.内皮层细胞卡氏带加厚不明显.根毛区近轴端稍后,维管形成层由初生木质部和初生韧皮部之间薄壁细胞转化形成,茎中维管束环形排列,在茎顶端第二节间,维管形成层环已开始活动形成了茎的次生结构.叶的栅栏组织由多层细胞组成,主脉维管束为周韧型,维管束外围绕一环石细胞.在叶的栅栏组织和表皮下有溶生分泌腔分布,但在根中未发现.
The primary structures of the root, stem and leaf of Shatinyu (Citrus grandis var shatinyu hort.)and their developmental process to their secondary structures are observed through the consective paraffin sections. The primary structures of the root of the plant are“tne primary xylem bundles”. The Casparian strip of the endodermis isn't obviously thick. The vaseular cambium is turned and formed from the parenchyma cells between the primary xylem and primary phloem near the axle of the root hair zone. The vascular bundles of the stem show the ring arrangment. At the second internode of the stem tip, the ring begins to activate and form the secondary structures of the stem. The vascular bundles of the principal vein are “amphieribral type”.The stone cells are around the vascular bundles. The lysigenous secretary cavities are under the palisacle tissue of the leaf and the epidermis of the stem, but they aren't found in the root.
