摘要
本文以苹果幼树为试材,采用根系半干旱处理,研究蒸腾流从根系开始上行所经器官、组织脱落酸(ABA)浓度的变化规律,试验结果认为,①根系ABA浓度的增加是ABA浓度整体水平增高的启动因子。②茎木质部汁液所含ABA来源于根系和叶片,③叶片下表皮层具有积累ABA的能力。
Here young apple trees were selected as experiment matarials and only nearly half of roots were given water during the treatment. We carefully investigated regularity of ABA concen- tration changes in transpiration stream at the different organs and tissues of plant from the root to shoot. The test results indicate : ①Increased ABA concentration in roots causes ABA raising in the whole plant. ②ABA in xylem sap originates from both roots and leaves, and it's concentra- tion is defferent in cross section of xylem ③The back epidermis of leaf possesses the strong abili- ty of collecting ABA.
