摘要
目的观察微波治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效和不良反应。方法采用微波治疗仪对138例宫颈糜烂患者进行治疗并随访观察3个月。结果本组轻度和单纯型宫颈糜烂的治愈率为100%,中度和重度宫颈糜烂的治愈率分别为80.9%和51.6%,颗粒型和乳头型宫颈糜烂的治愈率分别为58.3%和48.2%。138例患者中治愈114例(82.6%),有效24例(占17.4%),总有效率为100%。结论微波治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切、无副作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reaction of microwave therapy on cervical erosion. Methods 138 cases with cervical erosion were treated with microwave therapy instrument and followed-up for three months. Results In our study, the cure rate of slight degree and simple type was 100%, moderate and severe degree was 80.9% and 51.6% , granule and papilla type was 58.3% and 48.2% respectively. Of 138 cases, the cure rate was 82. 6% （ 114/138 ）, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Microwave therapy instrument for cervical erosion is effective and has no side effect, and it can be widely used in clinic.
