摘要
为了进一步推动和完善黑龙江省短道速滑后备人才培养机制和运行手段,采用文献资料法、专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对黑龙江省短道速滑后备人才培养现状以及目前各队培养过程中面临的主要问题进行了分析与讨论。结果表明:目前黑龙江省短道速滑后备人才储备分布不均衡,造成生源减少的因素是家长怕影响孩子的学习和经济负担2个方面;教练员年龄结构相对合理,但理论学习和科研水平偏低;经费的主要来源是靠教委、体育局和学校拨款为主,不能满足运动队的训练和比赛需要;主管训练部门的领导和教练员对选材都比较重视,但没有建立客观评价指标和相应的选材大纲;比赛次数偏少,不能给运动员和教练员及时的反馈信息。提出采用加大对社会宣传力度,扩大后备人才选拔的范围和区域,提高和完善后备人才选材的科学化建设,采用聘用制激励教练员提高业务能力,运用多样化的训练手段和比赛形式等发展策略促进后备人才的培养。
In order to further promote and improve the culture system and means for the reserved short track speed skaters in Heilongjiang province, with the methods of documentary information, consulting experts, questionnaire and mathematics statistics, the article has an analysis on the current situation of reserved skat- ers and the main problem of culture system. It finds out that the distribution of reserved skaters is unbal- anced, the cause of lacking skater source relates to the parents worrying about their ehildren＇s learning and economy problem. The eoacheshge structure is good but their theory learning and scientific research is in lower level. The main fund source coming from the education committee, physical education committee and school financing cant meet the needs of the sports team training and competition. The training department and coaches think much of the selection of good reserved skaters, but the objective evaluation system and selection guideline are not established. The coaches can＇t obtain the reserved skaters＇ information in time because of their less competition chance. It suggests to reinforce the selection area of reserved skaters, improve the reserved skaters＇development system, encourage the coaches special ability with retaining system, advancing the culture of reserved skaters with the diversification of training and competition.
