摘要
对优质抗辣椒疫病品种海丰Zt-277、特大汤椒二号F1和感辣椒疫病品种天骄2号进行辣椒疫霉菌接种,测定了辣椒叶片中与抗病性相关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化,结果表明,接种与未接种相比,抗病品种叶片中SOD,POD活性提高幅度要低于感病品种,MDA的含量提高幅度要高于感病品种。但不论辣椒疫霉菌接种与否,抗病品种辣椒叶片中SOD、POD活性高于感病品种;感病品种辣椒叶片中MDA含量高于抗病品种。
Two resistant cultivars, Haifeng Zt-277 (high resistant to Phytophthora blight), Tangjiao No.2 (resistant to Phytophthora blight), and a susceptible cultivar Tianjiao No.2 (susceptible to Phytophthora blight) were used as materials for Phytophthora capsici inoculation. The activities of enzymes related to disease-resistance including supemxide dlsmutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in pepper leaves were tested after the inoculation. The results indicated that the activities of SOD and POD in resistant pepper leaves were significantly higher than those of susceptible pepper whether or not inoculated with P. capsici. However, the MDA content in the susceptible pepper was higher than that of resistant peppers.
