摘要
为解决航空涡轴发动机试车时间长、重复性工作量大,试车过程中利用手工控制测功机加载载荷时难度大的问题,采用VC++6.0和基于VXI总线的数据采集系统开发计算机辅助试验系统.该系统通过控制水力测功机和电子调节器实现某型涡轴发动机的自动试车,可灵活设定试车载荷谱、自动记录数据、判断加速和减速过调参数及自动进行停车保护.试验验证表明该系统可降低工作强度、提高试验效率.
With the issues that the running time of aero turbo-shaft engine is too long, there are too much repetitive work, and it is difficult to control the loads of dynamometer manually, VC + + 6.0 and a data acquisition system based on VXI bus are used to develop a computer aided testing system, which implements the automatic running of a type of turbo-shaft engine by controlling hydraulic dynamometer and electronic control unit. The system can define the testing load spectrum flexibly, record data automatically, judge over modulation parameters in accelerating and decelerating processes and start safeguard automatically. It is demonstrated that the system can lower work intensity and improve test efficiency.
