摘要
[目的]探讨社区护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)缓解期临床症状和生活质量的影响。[方法]将入选的106例COPD病人随机分为实验组(53例)与对照组(53例),对实验组病人实施社区护理干预。对两组病人分别进行临床评估和生活质量评估。[结果]实验组病人临床指标的改善和生活质量评分明显优于对照组。[结论]社区护理干预能明显改善COPD病人缓解期临床症状,促进病人康复,维持病情稳定,缓解或阻止肺功能下降,提高生活质量。
Objective： To probe into the influence of comprehensive community nursing intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients in remission. Methods： A total of 106 COPD patients were divided into test and control group 53 cases each. Community nursing intervention was carried out for patients in test group. Clinical evaluation and quality of living evaluation were carried out for both group cases. Results： The im- provement of clinical indexes and score of quality of living of test group pa- tients were better than that of control group cases. Conclusion： Community nursing intervention can improve clinical symptoms of COPD patients in re- mission remarkably, promote rehabilitation for patients. It may keep patho- genetic condition of patients stable, relieve or stop lung function decreased and enhance the quality of living for patients as well.
