刀具裂纹检测技术在数控加工中心上的应用 被引量:3

An Application of Tool Crack Testing Technology in Machining Center Processing

摘要 文章提出了数控加工中心是一种高效率的机床,阐述了刀具监控对加工质量的重要影响。作者认为相对于渗透检测、射线检测、超声波检测、红外线成像技术、涡流检测等无损检测技术,涡流检测属于非接触性测量,检测速度快,容易实现与加工中心的连接。文章将涡流技术中的脉冲涡流检测技术认定为刀具裂纹的测量技术。另外还对测量装置在机床上的安装位置进行探讨。提出利用加工中心中CNC装置的计算机功能加入检测模块以完成检测。 This paper mentions that the CNC machining center is a high productive machine tool, and the inspection of cutting tools has important affection to the machining quality.The writer thinks that relative to penetrating testing, ray testing, supersonic testing, infrared vision technique, etc nondestructive testings, the eddy current testing is a noncontactive testing, its testing speed is quick and is easy to realize its connectionwith the machining center.Within the eddy current techniques this paper decides that the pulsed eddy current testing[ PET ] is used to inspect whether any crack happens in such cutting tools.Besides, how to set up such a PET system on the working table of a machining center is discussed.Increasing a testing module to the CNC function of the machining center to implement such a testing system is studied.
