一个气候中性的城市是曹妃甸旨国际生态城的最终环境目标。对能源、水和垃圾进行综合管理,开发新能源并提高回收利用率的生态循环模式是曹妃甸国际生态城规划的一个重要部分,也是应用瑞典共生城市理念和方法的一个核心问题。本文专门介绍曹妃甸国际生态城规划中如何对能源、水和垃圾进行整体规划,创造适合于该项目的生态循环模型,以及这种系统解决方案在各方面的优势。
Caofeidian is designed to ultimately operate as climate-neutral. Proposing the integrated management of water, energy, waste and materials, to explore new renewable energy and maximize recycling is an especially important part o[ the plan. It is also a key issue when applying the Swedish SymbiaCity concept and approach. This article gives a special introduction of the integrated planning of energy, water and waste as part of the planning work for the Caofeidian Eco-city how an Ecocycle model is created and the advantages ofthis system solution.
