摘要
原始、次原始体育形态的推广和普及往往通过学校体育的形式得以实现。少数民族传统体育本身所具有一定的封闭性,更离不开学校体育这一途径。通过在高脚竞速教学中引入体育游戏的形式,在体育游戏中融入高脚竞速的元素,有效提高学生学习、参与兴趣,从而达到更好的普及推广目的,为探索如何更好地传承少数民族传统体育,弘扬民族传统文化提供有益参考。
Indigenous sports are interesting to learn for students in terms of cultural connotations. This paper studies the popularization of the minority people＇s sport of ＂high - heel horse＂ by means of sports games.
